The following notes are written by Sean
- 4 tiers (Village, Town, City, Major City) - Constantly growing population, which reaches each tier - Produces taxes in Money ($) every interval, tap to collect - Can be upgraded with passive/active abilities - Can do a number of actions per interval, depending on tiers/size - Actions take a number of intervals and include: + Build a building (Place building on cleared land) + Survey land (reveal researched resources on that node) + Clear land (turn forests into cleared land that can be used) - Time taken to build a building is based on the amount of research done in that field and how hard that building is to create - Cities transform clear tiles adjacent to them into suburbs, (making them unusable) as the population grows. This happens faster as each tier is reached. If building tiles get in the way of this development, citizens will become increasingly happy.
