Over the last few weeks the team has not been working collaboratively and communication has been poor. Attendance has also been unacceptable, as turning up late or not at all without notifying me or the team critically affects the development.
Next week it is mandatory that all team members attend, and if you cannot make it you need to notify me by email ASAP. The plan is to completely re-evaluate they way the team is approaching development and team structure in general.
Some key areas we need to discuss are: - Who is leading different areas of development? - What are our communication channels and what times are we all available? - Define the sprint goal and ensure we are all working on tasks that help achieve this goal - they need to be relevant, have a time estimate and have a peer reviewer(s) - Outline a clear design intention - people have different interpretations of what the game is. Who is carrying the vision here? - Accountability and responsibility of each team member - so far it seems there's no reliability of each person to deliver what they intended to deliver. - What are our processes for the break down in communication and delays/problems with development?
In preparation can everyone please create a brief list of issues they see with the way the company is being run and possible solutions to these issues.
